We’re confident you’ll love your Tousains machine. But if you don’t, Tousains customers returning a machine for the first time, can return within 30 days of delivery.
Who’s Eligible
- Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be returned in original packaging and in new condition
Shipping Costs for Returns:
Customer-Paid Returns: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Deduction from Refund: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount if it is not a return due to our error.
Processing Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
